Supercharger - Tumwater, WA

I'm heading to Olympia tomorrow. If anyone lives nearby or is passing though, can you do a drive by to see if the station is online yet?

Update as of 1530 Saturday 29 February: The update is that there is no change from 21 February when the transformer was installed. The meter could have been installed but the fence surrounding the cabinets is locked and it's too high to see over without a ladder. There is no power to the pedestals. None of the spots were ICEd when I was there. The folks behind the desk at the Pilot had no idea about any scheduled work. The high-point of the trip: as I was walking inside to get a drink and talk with the Pilot employees, a teenage boy in a Toyota Camry sitting at a gas pump noticed Sophie Marie, rolled down the window as I walked by, and said "Nice car."

Checked it out today and tried plugging in. Still no juice. Appears complete to the untrained eye. Still some construction cones though. Confirmed again it is 250kw though. Also tried Kelso but that was under major construction (digging, lots of workers and trucks, installing pedestals etc.)

Update as of 1330 Wednesday afternoon 4 March - There is a meter in place at Tumwater. All eight spots were protected by orange construction cones when I arrived. RocketMan88 is correct - the pedestals are not illuminated and there is no power.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Tesla waits until Kelso is ready before testing and commissioning the 4 new WA sc so can do in one trip.

Still no power. I was by the site Tuesday afternoon 10 March at 1500 Local. As seen in post #170 (Ludakrs) from Monday, the crew resealed the asphalt, re-striped the parking lines, and reinstalled the parking stops. I could not see any evidence that anything else has changed.

I stopped by mid-afternoon Wednesday and was able to charge. The charging rate was modest and I don't think I was billed for it. The "current session" indicated is from Sequim.

We charged there on Wednesday as noted above.

But I don't think it's officially open. It didn't show up on my Tesla nav app, but when I arrived and plugged in, I added about 50 miles to my range - more than enough to return to Portland. I don't believe I was billed for the charge.

Well the state is nearly on lockdown so that's why there isn't much activity. But yeah, based on the two posts above, I would mark it as open on supercharge.info.
