Supercharger - Tusayan, AZ

Planning a trip to that area via Kanab the week of the 23rd of September. Plugshare shows some level 2s. Anyone know if they can be trusted to be working? Tusayan would be a welcome fillup for touring the GC.

Went by Friday 10th Oct and still no power on Super Charger or destination chargers.

I don't wish to rain on anyone's parade, but the picture of the concrete pad outside the fencing around the Tesla supercharger equipment looks suspicious. Like maybe it's for a power transformer or something that will be delivered later? And is necessary for anything else to work??

That post was several months ago. Does anyone know the latest status?

My concern too.

I think I'll drive there tomorrow and check it out. I'll arrive with not enough range to go anywhere, and just wait in the parking lot until they power up so I can charge and go home. [Oh, darn. Back in fantasy land again. I have to work. When do I retire?]

Yeah, that might be a good idea, because this Supercharger is apparently working.

Doesn’t matter. That is the general setting for a Supercharger location that is under construction on PlugShare. The user emailed me back. The Supercharger is up and running and the Supercharging fees were 0$ for him.

Along ... AZ-64. That's it.

According to Streetview there's a just north of the intersection that suggests AZ-64 and US-180 are concurrent, but there's no more signage of US-180 north of that.

Google maps US-180 as ending at AZ-64, while OSM maps it as ending at the Grand Canyon National Park.
