Heading to T-Town next weekend, I'll confirm it's up and running (plus that it's shown on the supercharger map).

I’m here, 6 of 8 stalls open. It does show on the in-car map. Turn into the Holiday Inn Express, past the entrance canopy in the back right corner. Don’t follow the in-car directions, take your first left behind Arby’s.

While at the Cottondale supercharger location, be sure to take advantage of the free coffee the Holiday Inn offers. They walked all the way out to my car to ensure I knew about it. Nice folks!

This a great new stop either overnight or as a pit stop for the trip traveling to or thru Mississippi. Now if Huntsville could get a Supercharger that would be really nice when traveling.

They started construction in Huntsville this week!

Are these technically considered destination chargers? The hotel is advertising them as a spot for guests to charge their Tesla overnight. Perhaps they just don't understand how a Tesla supercharger works?

No, they are regular Superchargers. Clearly, the hotel does not know much about Superchargers and will have to be educated.
