Has anyone else drawn a connection between the new MegaWatt cabinet that was announced with V3 and the future charging station for the Tesla Semi?
Here's my thought... SuperCharger V3 stations are serviced by a new megaWatt cabinet. 4 stalls per cabinet, each stall up to 250 kW.
I have seen photos of the Tesla Semi charging at SuperChargers. It uses an adapter that connects 4 stalls to the Tesla Semi. The charge rate would be presumably up to 480 kW. However, wasn't the max charging rate for the Tesla Semi to be 1 MW? And the new cabinet capacity is 1 MW? Coincidence? I don't think so...
