Heck yeah! Looks like V3. Two 430 kW cabinets, eight 250 kW pedestals and probably a 1000 kVA transformer. Also, this is the first actual mention I've seen of the cabinets being 430 kW, which fits nicely with the transformer sizing we're seeing on other V3 locations, including LINQ Las Vegas.
Wow this is one mile from my Mom's house. This is the Coldwell Banker site? Sounds to good to be true.
Yeah it seems like they're going for the back parking lot of the Coldwell Banker. If you crawl around on streetview, it looks like some spaces are reserved for Coldwell Banker, but others appear to be open and available for public parking. There are lots of food options within two blocks, which is great.

I wonder what effect this will have on the stalled site at Tysons. The quantity of SC's in this area are starting to resemble the number of Exxon locations.
They are building a Wawa where the Caldwell banker building is, but it will not serve gas. https://www.bizjournals.com/washington/news/2019/04/30/wawa-approaching-northern-virginia-beltway-with.html
WTOP article came out with a link to the Biz Journal link. New Wawa in Vienna will include Tesla chargers | WTOP
Here is a link to the Fairfax permit, btw: - FIDO - Fairfax County, Virginia I wonder if this is the "Fairfax" supercharger? Or totally separate?
WTF? Someone added this as a supercharger to Plugshare, and now it's changed to an ElectrifyAmerica location?!
That's pretty awesome. A Wawa with no gas pumps, only Tesla Superchargers. I figured that would happen some day but I'm pleasantly surprised to see it now (well after the requisite months of permitting delays and Dominion Power shenianigans etc).
PlugShare has been a mess lately. It seems to be gone now, which is good since there is nothing there.
A month or so ago, I was talking with a friend of mine. I don't recall how the conversation came up, but he was telling me about a guy that he knows that owns, or is a principal of, WAWA. He said that this gentleman is very partial to Tesla and gets what's happening re: demise of ICE. So, I would expect to see more chargers at more stores. Great stuff!. JMO.
Anyone want to clarify why the WTOP and Patch articles mention the Tysons location? Last I heard there was no progress there...
