This is at the intersection of 123 and 234. So it is about a 2 mile walk to Microcenter. Tons of place to walk to near this location.

I posted elsewhere the public statements by WAWA that they intend to build numerous stores with Tesla Superchargers as the base rather than gasoline. Anyway lots of WAWA located do not have any gasoline station facilities.
I just refreshed the FIDO page and it looks like they’ve paid their fees. Progress.
Close yes, but LOTS of stop lights (and traffic) along 123. Vienna police love to setup speed traps on the more open section near the country club. Best to obey the painfully low speed limit there. Not sure how Tesla navigation routes to that location from southbound 495, but might be best accessed from 66 (depending on what construction on 66 will be like when this station eventually goes online).

The Tysons Mall location may be quicker, if that ever gets done (for people on the beltway needing a charge). I assume this location is really intended for 66/local use?

I would agree with your statement. As some of the locals know it could take 45 minutes to get between the two sites during the day, despite being so close together.
Oh that speed trap. lol. That’s in front my residence. However can’t wait for the SC to open. It’s a 1.5 mile drive for me
I didn't expect to plug in to the supercharger and go to MicroCenter while it was charging. I could go to MicroCenter and then go to the V3 chargers or the other way around - SC first, MC second.
FIDO reports that building review #2 has been approved. Electrical review #2 is still incomplete.

well reading the article do they mean 3 more super charger sites in No. Va.? as part of the 40 new stores they want to build??? Does Wawa build many super chargers?
Yes they have quite a few along with Sheetz. I would imagine if this location goes well with a lot of Tesla traffic they will continue to invest in the Charging-Only store model.
So once this opens everyone support Wawa!!
For the grand opening we need to come out in force for this one. Will be special with the Giveaway, V3 and the first Charging-Only store.
