12 stalls are planned at the Woodman's on Main, about 2 miles off I-94. The project was approved by the planning commission 3 weeks ago.

Finally a Supercharger in a western suburb of Milwaukee between Milwaukee and Madison. This location is very much overdue.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. FINALLY A SUPERCHARGER ON THE WEST SIDE OF MILWAUKEE!!! I'm cautiously optimistic as previously we've been teased with a Brookfield supercharger and that never happened. Crossing my fingers for construction to start. Will 12 stalls be enough? This will probably be one of the most visited superchargers in WI

Great news that something is coming to the west of Milwaukee! I just wish they would have chosen something closer to the interstate. The Target on Kossow would have been a much better choice, but I’ll take what I can get for new locations in Wisconsin.

Johnson Creek would be an ideal location too. This would allow I-94 travelers to skip Madison for Lake Delton or vise versa.

I noticed that this location was removed from the Find Us supercharger map and coming soon on the supercharger list was also removed. Did location fall through?

I planning a trip next year and it would be great if there was a supercharger in the Brookfield/Waukesha area.

After the yearly refresh the coming soon was removed on the Tesla Find Us page (way before Marco discovered the new/current permit application). It is still on this sites supercharger list. I bet it still happens, but without any quarterly build date from Tesla, one of the only ways to find out when it will be built is by driving near the location to see if it has been sectioned off yet for construction.

This is a New location. The original location fell through. Fortunately, the Tesla Supercharging team has formed positive working relationship with Woodman’s. They now have supercharging at other Woodman’s locations in Southern WI and Northern IL. I’m betting they were influenced by Meijer’s and Hy-Vee going all in on Supporting Tesla Supercharging and EV charging in general.

I tried to suggest Johnson Creek on the voting page on the Tesla website but couldn't get it to pop up. I agree Johnson Creek would be a huge addition

Apparently JC has been looked at by the SuC team but getting a willing Host location has been difficult. Watertown is to far off the Interstate.

While the meter cabinet is present, the transformer pad is not placed yet. It will be placed behind the Meter cabinet. See last photo.

It’s 2 miles off the interstate with a Starbucks,Jersey Mike’s and a Culvers across the street behind it about a 100 yards. Not great for East/West I-94 travel but better than nothing.

These are Targeted for Q1/23. Don’t expect any Xmas Miracles. At this point it’s all about getting the Transformer installed. I’ll be updating with photos next week.

12/27/22 Update: I did not bother taking any new photos today. The site was exactly as it was when I took the photos 2 1/2 weeks ago including the Tri -North trailer, but with more snow remnants on the ground.

Any update on this one? I hope to be able to use it when I visit at the end of March. I know it is rare for superchargers to take that long, but Ive seen crazy stuff happen.
