Galloway is the same group that filed the permit for the Denver - University Hills Supercharger that has yet to materialize.
We really are lucky to have so many options in the Denver metro now, This seems like such an odd location, but Kum & Go is certainly stepping up. Here are the locations of other nearby Superchargers. Who do you think will be the primary users of this, people that don't have home charging that live in the area?

I'm guessing they are aiming for Boulder Turnpike commuters with this location.
Kum & Go also has a new location west of Applewood Village that is technically a Lakewood address. I wouldn't be surprised if that is the new Lakewood location on Tesla's map. It's very close to the other Lakewood location by Colorado Mills which is already pretty busy mid-day and on the weekends.

I wish! It would certainly make road trips to visit family in the UP more convenient if I could use the Supercharger wormhole between Westy and The Soo.
Agreed, the site looks like it was pre-planned for the SuperCharger install.

No signs of progress as of Saturday, July 10, 2021. I did not ask the staff anything, but drove around the entire property and did not see any indicators of progress.
Permitting is still in progress for this location under project #PLN21-0039

I'd rather they expedite something like Alamosa or Walsenburg than stick another one within 20 miles from another local charger.
Still no action at the Kum&Go, but there's this intriguing pair of pipes sprouting from the ground in the back lot of the 7-11/Phillips station one block south of it.
