I stopped by here today, below I circled exactly where the stalls in the picture are. Doesn't look like too much progress, though there is a ditch through the whole area now that wasn't in the picture before.

Don't hold me to this, but I think they sold the building. I don't recall seeing the Hess sign on building getting on the turnpike the last few times i went through.

Thanks for the update. Did you happen to notice if the transformer and power meter were installed? Those are typically pretty good indicators of an imminent launch.

Capacity and redundancy. Also it is minutes away when there is no traffic which is basically never on Route 1

It's a good 30 min away thanks to said traffic. Not to mention the stretch of parkway. It's a 15min detour vs 45-60min for Menlo. That's a significant detour for someone on a road trip.

There was still heavy machinery operating in Woodbridge today, filling in the trough with the powerline was run and pouring concrete for some type of base/foundation for electrical equipment. My guess a few weeks away

Not to restart things - but I live south of Edison, and in The south part of Edison (on Plainfield Road) is Tasty Subs - and it has been there since the '60s. Obama visited it.

This is awesome! That Wawa is directly on my route to work (Staten Island) and I often stop there for cheap coffee. Perfect location for me to get some free miles
