They’re actually dark gray - camera struggled a little with the sun angle. They appear to be disconnects for the supercharger cabinets - one for each.
Picture from last week - the melting snow pile does not appear to be revealing a transformer pad.
Transformer is in. Wiring work continues.

The crew was back-filling the holes and trenches today.
This location is going to be a challenge on weekends. This access road is a pretty major thoroughfare through the shopping center and people are going to be impatient when Teslas are backing in. Also, every parking space nearby is full - I’m impressed (and a bit surprised) that these stalls aren’t being ICEd.
I just witnessed one guy in a large Ford pickup rip the bumper off of a Nissan sedan while he was pulling out of his parking space. Be careful out there.
Work looks complete except for cleaning up some loose ends. The ditch and holes have been filled, 1000 kVA transformer installed and meter installed (although not yet powered).

Cool! I feel like this place is going to get ICED frequently not out of malice but because the lot can get crowded fast.

Definitely an antenna, but I doubt it is Starlink. I suspect they had poor cellular coverage, so they made a makeshift tower for its antenna.
