Superchargers - Castlebellingham, Ireland (N & S)

Thanks to @Cathal G and @AlbertaNetZero is the Birdhill thread (here - Supercharger - Birdhill, Ireland ):

There are two superchargers under construction at both the northbound and southbound highway service centres at Bellingham.

@Cathal G spoke to the construction crew at southbound and provided a photo of the northbound one.

Looks like all construction work is now finished and just needs switched on. Plugged in but no electric flowing.
Can’t wait! Normally have to queue at the chademo.

Good update! The signage is poor though! The e-car chargers have better signage. With the car park being smallish as it is, these could get ICEd when busy. I suppose it's possible to parallel park behind them in the road that goes past the truck parking to get a charge.

Hi all,
I stopped at Applegreen Enfield (Ireland) today and saw the fencing and barriers that really look like the ones that were in Castlebellingham during the construction there. Looks like they may start the Supercharger construction there soon.

Castlebellingham Northbound

Looks finished (just like southbound Superchargers) but no power turned on.

Parking bays are back to back and slightly staggered.

Called into the Dublin Service Centre to arrange some work and asked the guys if they had heard anything about when these might be turned on but no further info available yet.

Hopefully not long.

Hi all,

They look good but still have to wait at the ESB charger.

Really wish these were on. On way north last Friday the northbound ESB charger was out of order, then Barbican ESB north of the border was out of action too. Got home with 3% battery after drafting trucks the whole way. Not a fun journey.

Please please and pretty please someone flick the switch soon.
