From what I've heard, NA Tesla vehicles cannot charge on the EU supercharger network even with an adapter.

It works with this adapter some guy in Sweden was testing it out with his US spec Model S.
I believe Tesla will soon come out with an adapter for a fraction of the price.

This is correct. When I pointed out to the Western Australian owners than they no longer had the world's most isolated supercharger, they suggested it would have been preferable to have lost this status by Tesla building a second site in WA

EDIT: My bad! I misread your original post. I thought it was only ~900 miles from Moscow.
