Similar sentiments here - been at home for most of the past week and feel like I need to go out. Don't want to go too far. Perhaps a quick trip to CT, staying at least six feet from @tes-s. And may want to do so soon before CT closes the MA border.I'm going back and forth on taking a trip this weekend. I'm thinking I will, but keep it to a single day trip, returning home that same night. Interactions with the public will be nil and I'll have cleaning supplies to address Supercharger handles and public restrooms as needed.
As the pandemic progresses, the lack of productive, meaningful work diminishes and cabin fever sets in, I might be more adventurous and do a single night of car camping on a two-day trip. I'm not really interested in staying at hotels at this time.
Be safe out there.![]()
And I was just thinking the 401k might recover by retirement. Now... perhaps I just just spend it now on a roadster.I may have my reasons to bug out

Not sure if I should thumbsdown, Informative, or Funny...One of my childhood friends had the iconic Farrah poster in his bedroom. He argued I must be gay if I did not concede that she was the most beautiful woman on the planet. Empiricist that I am, I would not rule out unknown contenders.
He went on to become PA’s attorney general and now sits on the federal bench thanks to Obama, which is ironic seeing as he was Rick Santorum’s campaign manager.

Your Reputation Score is tankingLet’s have a serious moment... Thoughts from the group about the likelihood of these types of travel restrictions being implemented?
Click disagree (thumbs down) if you don’t think they’ll happen.
Click agree (thumbs up) if you think they’ll happen within a month.
Click love (heart) if you think they’ll happen within a week.
Edit: those options seem to be in the wrong order. Nobody is going to love travel restrictions. Whatever. The options will remain as is.![]()

Why not Custer?*sugar*. I should have made it informative! Quick, change your votes!
That’s reassuring, though. Considering bugging out to the PNW. Both of us are working from home now, so there is no real reason to stay here.
Why not Custer?
Take them with you. True definition of distance learning. If I didn't think my wife would kill me for leaving her with the two kids at home, I would totally spend the next month driving around the country. I haven't been on a proper road trip in decades...
I considered bringing the family on a road trip once... concluded it would be a one way trip to hell.Take them with you. True definition of distance learning.
John did have a devious suggestion about having visits to the inn's destination chargers be a new game metric. I'm going to see if I can sneak that by the admins with the other metric suggestions I'm working on.![]()
I think the only metric being suggested is whether a play had charged in a specific destination charger in Freeport Maine. Sounds like a very clever revenue generation model to meI'm a little late but would very much support this metric![]()
I heard all players stay for free.I think the only metric being suggested is whether a play had charged in a specific destination charger in Freeport Maine. Sounds like a very clever revenue generation model to me. No offense intended @Half Dollar Bill

Well, I'd support including other game participants that also have a destination charger....I think the only metric being suggested is whether a play had charged in a specific destination charger in Freeport Maine.
