More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

Congrats on 500! The Meijers do become get old after a while, but still not as bad as driving into NYC or Chicago to add to the total :)
I liked the Meijers on my Midwest trip! Supermarkets are my favorite amenity at Supercharger Stations -- I can shop for food while I charge. In 6159 miles I didn't have a single restaurant of fast food visit.

^ 11:39 AM, likely a first charge at this new Supercharger Station.

Already ICEd, as you can see (the truck driver was curious about Teslas, so not malicious).

On the road from Indy back to Colorado. Original plan was to go thru South Dakota but looks like lots of traffic due to Sturgis so we changed route to go thru I70.
Went to following today:
Terre Haute IN
Effingham IL
St Charles MO Beale Street
St Charles MO
Columbia MO

Staying at the Holiday Inn in Columbia MO by the supercharger. Pool and restaurant are closed.
Will have a couple new superchargers tomorrow but we have done I70 from Denver to Kansas City to Dallas several times.
I will update spreadsheet shortly.

I wanted to stay at that Holiday Inn in mid May but back then the entire hotel was shut down. Nice to see they re-opened.

Today was a bust. Plan A was to take the Lake Michigan ferry from Luddington MI to Manatowoc WI and then go back home I90 and spend a couple of days in Custer SD exploring the area. Problem: I was unaware the Sturgis rally was happening until it showed up on my newsfeed last night and what a shitshow it was going to be. Plan B was to take the ferry across the lake and then cut south to I70 but woke up this morning to Thunderstorms rolling off the lake, wasn't crazy about spending 4 hours on the deck in thunderstorms. Plan C, skip ferry, cut directly south and pick up the nearest unvisted supercharger at Kokomo IN. Problem, Kokomo is fully down.

Plan D and final plan, drive south then west with no new superchargers and my tail between my legs. Such is life on the Supercharger trail.

I want to do that ferry ride but have never considered the weather. Lesson learned.
Funny how the cards sometimes just stack against you.
I remember going to Custer a few years ago. I planned to go out through the newly-opened Nebraska route and come back a little further south to pick up a bundle of new ones. A snowstorm rolled in and threatened the CO/NE roads and I got as far as Illinois before deciding to divert my route north to I-90 which I'd already covered. I didn't want to jeopardize getting to Custer to see @NKYTA and @Bighorn meet up.

Belated but congrats on the 500 Club, @Big Earl, (and the 400 Club in the same month if I forgot to mention that) and also for securing a spot in the Top 10 ... then Not the Top 10 but I'm sure you'll secure a long-term spot there soon enough. You are more than welcome to have my #4 position since I don't seem to be using it. Next time I see you, remind me to show you the 500 Club handshake. ;)

Hi there, everyone! I should have posted before now, but I wanted to have a decent number first. So, to the folks here who do the heavy lifting, please accept my apologies! Also, please excuse the occasional odd colored text, as I had some issues transferring my data into this post. I haven’t gone through all the pages of this thread, but please note that I hit an absolutely ridiculous 25 superchargers on August 4th. I’m sure that it isn’t any kind of record, but I was laughing at myself during the final 5. Living on Maui has made it difficult in the past to do any road tripping, but I retired in April and transferred my first Model S to the mainland in June of 2019 in anticipation, which allows me to do this now. More to come!

Welcome to the game! 25 in one day is quite the accomplishment. Not many people have achieved that feat. @Big Earl currently holds the one-day record at 40. We have a visualization for that, which I'll point you to later because I don't have cell coverage and the WiFi here sucks.

We'll be a bit delayed in getting you onto the spreadsheet because our primary spreadsheet guru is still dealing with the impacts of Isaias. Once in, I'll create a map for you, probably this weekend when I return from our socially-distanced cabin in the woods and can move more than a trickle of bits.

Tableau reminder. Your map is your map. If there is anything you'd like changed about its default view, just let me know. Here are a few of the things that are trivial to change:
  • Dot size
  • Where the map is centered
  • Zoom level of the map
  • Which dots are shown (permit, construction, year visited, etc)
  • What is in the detail menu when you click on a dot
Just let me know via private message if you'd like your default map view changed in anyway. Easy stuff like the above takes just seconds plus a few minutes to upload. Changing the centering and zoom level is a bit of trial and error to get it right for any particular phone.

Getting your default view just right for your smartphone vastly improves the experience.

Finally leaving Texas. One word of advice to anyone trying to get superchargers here, DON'T do it during summer.
Figured that! Also Arizona and southern California are plenty hot in summer.

The three states nearest me that have large numbers of uncollected Supercharger Stations are CA, TX and AZ. All coronavirus hot spots as well as being blazing hot in summer, by my cool mountain standards. Don't think I'll be doing any more collecting there for the time being. You guys are braver than I am! Or, perhaps, younger.

Just finished a 1100-mile college campus tour for my high school senior daughter. Along with some other chargers I visited late last year, I have an update with 9 more SpC visited, all in California:

10/20/2019: San Clemente
12/1/2019: Rancho Mirage
8/1/2020: Santa Clarita
8/1/2020: Kettleman City
8/1/2020: Hollister
8/1/2020: Santa Cruz
8/4/2020: Big Sur
8/8/2020: Goleta

Yeah, I spent five years in Texas once. Four of those years consisted of the one summer I managed to survive there before moving to Oregon. Fortunately every moving or stationary item in Texas capable of holding at least one person is air-conditioned. I determined that if I could design an umbrella with an air-conditioner that just surrounded you with a curtain of cool - that would be my ticket to massive wealth. It would need to be powered by a wagon-load of Tesla batteries though.
