More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

500 mile battery seems like the only way to go with the Cybertruck. Start towing a trailer around and expect range to be cut by nearly half.

As for Alaska, the best way up there is probably the ferry from Bellingham. Once you’re in Anchorage, you can do a lot of exploring and campground charging using the future Anchorage Supercharger as home base. I imagine they’ll build out the route to Alaska eventually, but that could take several more years.

That is one of my life goals! Waiting on the cT, I was freaked out enough just trying to get thru the icy plowed snow in my TM3 this week w/o scratching or damaging the sides. Looking forward to something that can take the abuse of the ALCAN. Plus I still haven't even left the left coast...
The Al-Can is fully paved so it's not really a tough drive in summer. The worst thing I can say about it is there are frequent areas of construction during the summer driving season, most likely because there's such a short construction season and obviously potholes form easily in that climate. When I drove it ~15 years ago my estimate was that 5-10% of the highway was gravel because they were fixing potholes and repaving. I did get one big ding on my windshield, but even the unpaved portions were relatively smooth.

But yeah during June and July you have temps ranging from the 40s-80s and nearly 24 hours of daylight so it's a totally easy drive other than the charging situation of course.

In 2014 I drove a Model S with a 265 mile range from Mexico to Fairbanks via the Alcan highway. I did take the ferry back from Skagway to Seattle.

Has anyone else achieved this?
Australian tourists bought a Model S last year and did a big loop which included driving to Alaska. There’s a thread with links to their pics and time lapsed video.

Didn't they only drive to Hyder though? I definitely don't count that as "driving to Alaska" even though it is technically a true statement. It's kind of like taking your car on the ferry to St. Pierre and Miquelon and claiming that you "drove to France" :D

That name is familiar. Not sure if they came and went by the same way. Had no idea there were “easy” ways to get there :) It was certainly on my radar, but I thought better of it at the time. Seems like charging options are growing beyond the impromptu welding outlets I’ve read about.

Well, go to google maps and compare the route from say Kamloops to Hyder to the route from Kamloops to Fairbanks. You'll see what I mean :)

It's been a little quiet in here. You guys feeling okay? :)

When's your next trip?
1 week until I journey home, should nab 10-20 new ones. It’s really frigid here in MN, low of -12 tomorrow. I am expecting no excuses needed to stop at every freeway supercharger until Texas. Today I almost broke my model X RF window, it was frozen shut and I stupidly yanked it open then tried to shut it, no bueno. Seems ok after a hard reset, hopefully the rubber trim goes back to normal shape once it warms up.
