The attached is from the Tesla Australia website today 21 January 19. The calculator assumes $1.15/litre - in really today it's $132.3/ litre. Since the SC price hike - this is not really truth in advertising. I have free supercharging - but at these costs less people are going to drive EV's. I know most charge at home, as I do - but supercharging prices are now an incentive for flat earthers to stay with ICEs.
And those of us who have realized the earth is round and that decisions have consequences will continue driving electric, paying little for maintenance, and have clear consciences.
Yeah that ^^. The greenness, calm, cleaner, smooth power and excellent safety stats these low floor battery vehicles have matters to most of us too
Should've got an "X" But really you're still miles in front with an EV. I'm happy with the Supercharger fee increases as when the M3 gets to Australia there will be none with any period of free Supercharging. This will help free up our non-existent Perth supercharger heaps so I won't have to queue. Obviously, I'm being a little sarcastic but the fee increase will hopefully speed up the rollout of more Superchargers. Would love V3 Superchargers with solar and Powerpacks rolled out in more remote locations like the Nullarbor. Nextcharge will be happy as I think they only charge 45c which is a 5% discount to Tesla.
