I also get this on my HP laptop running Edge at 1920x1080. The map is also double the height of my screen. This label probably displays as an innocuous header on a large screen, but covers up a substantial amount of the map on a smaller screen. I can scroll down on the page in order to avoid the label, but that also hides the tabs and labels on the Tableau page.
Right, on a phone the header is at the very top of the map but in a computer browser the header box is quite a ways down into the map. I can get around it by centering the area of the map I want below the box and then scroll down on the page but this puts the tabs, and more importantly the map controls, off screen.

Reload. Is this a better configuration? Tableau's tools for setting display parameters aren't great. There is an automatic option that you'd think would be the best choice. It isn't. I've set it to a defined size and zoom level to try and get most of the USA visible on the initial draw for screen sizes of about 1280x1024.
