I encountered one of these chargers on Saturday evening. The 12 stall station was more than half full and it put my charge limit to 80% as has been reported. I had no trouble setting it back up to 90%. When I was done eating I needed to use the restroom and the charge had just completed, so I remotely set it to 95% and restarted charging. The car was at 93% when I returned. The station was less than half full at that point.
