Supercharging whilst booked in at Service Centres

I appear to keep getting conflicting info every time I speak to anyone from Tesla. This time I have variously been told:
1) you have to be booked in to get free charging,
2) there is a bug in model 3 which means you will have to pay even if you are booked in,
And today...
3) model 3 does not get free charging when in SC.

When is this Sh1t going to stop. Ps they resprayed my rear wing after saying it would only be a tiny chip repair lost my front number plate. The new plate is half an inch lower on one side than the other.

Looks like a rude teenager with his shell suit trouser leg rolled up on one leg

Edit - actually your car is not straight in that photo. It's not the plate. I would get that down the SC. Also you house may need underpinning as that's also not straight

I've straightened it now she's smiling again. The guy from SC said the double sided tape was fantastic...I feared the worst. It was good stuff though clear thick goo but it came off cleanly with piano wire.
