I took delivery of a M3 yesterday. I went to a Supercharger tonight, however I was charged for using the Supercharger. I thought I was given 1000 free kWh of supercharging after taking delivery? Did that change?

I had a referral code for the first Tesla I ordered but I ended up taking delivery on an inventory Tesla which was a separate order.

The day I took delivery, I also swung by the local SC - ended up seeing a charge of like $6 on the screen afterwards. Since then I've charged for real a few times and it always show 0$. Might be just a bit of lag in the system. I don't recall ever seeing that $6 show up anywhere on a CC statement (but honestly, doubt I would have noticed).

Edit - got curious, checked a couple on statements, and don't see a single SC charge.

Seems like the referral code should have been transferred to your account. If it's not there, go back to the "salesperson" and see if that can be rectified.

Similar story. I referred a friend about a year ago, and he used my code. They switched him to an inventory car, which in effect cancelled his original referral order and created a new one. So neither of us got the 1000-mile bonus. He went to battle on this, up and down the Tesla hierarchy. After about 2 months of struggling, he got our free charging.
