Surf Trip with the Model 3

I took my model 3 on its first surf trip today - totally makes sense. My board (7'2") fits easily inside along with all the other stuff I've to take. I don't have to worry about where to put the key/lock box anymore as I put the phone on airplane mode and simply took the key card with me inside a water proof pouch under my wetsuit. Brilliant.

Nice man! I’m waiting for things to warm up before heading down to Biarritz and Portugal. Will be bringing along a hot shower too that I purchased from RinseKit Rinse Kit Portable Shower Great for Camping Surfing

Ohh - rinse kit looks like a great idea - that'll be going on the wish list.

Does the front seat fold forwards or backwards

I didn't think to try as the board fitted in the back with just the rear seats down. I'm going to try my longboard next time which will need the front seat folded.

Snowboard fits easily with the 40% seat folded forward as well
