Suspension Problem?

Lately I have noticed the red outline of a car appear on the driver's screen. Service didn't know, at first, what it indicated. Then a call back advised it was a suspension issue -- probably caused by excessive driving speed. Since I observe our 55 MPH speed limit, that didn't seem to be the root of the problem. Issue can't be resolved over the air. A long drive to the nearest service center.

Anyone else have this issue?

According to my Model X manual it is air suspension related. Check to see if you are in Jack mode, that should be what the red car is indicating, and it can be turned off. A yellow car is supposed to indicate an air suspension fault.

"[Red car with up/down arrows] Smart Air Suspension’s automatic self-leveling is disabled. In other words, Model X is in Jack mode and is ready to be lifted or pulled onto a transporter. Jack mode cancels when Model X is driven over 4.5 mph (7 km/h). See Smart Air Suspension on page 128.

[Yellow car with up/down arrows] A Smart Air Suspension fault is detected. Contact Tesla. See Smart Air Suspension on page 128."
