Topic. Is this possible to do safely? We have an existing exterior Gen2 HPWC that I bought with an 8' cable and we're installing a new Gen 3 HPWC with a 18' cable tomorrow. Lol I guess due to poor planning before purchasing the shorter cable is all that's necessary inside the garage and and the longer cable could benefit the outside parking spot. As far as I recall the cable connection is easily accessible and removable.
