Swap Rims on Inventory Model X pre-delivery possible?

I found an inventory that almost works for me. I asked my DS if they could change the rims from 22" to 20" to save on cost. She said it's not possible. I was wondering if someone was able to get it done.

I think they try to avoid this is most cases, even when the car is inventory but "new" now. SCs don't have wheels/tires readily in stock in most cases so would have to order, coordinate delivery of both (and delays if not local), and then they could potentially be left eating the cost of the old wheels they took off if they are not 100% new and have a knick, etc.

Seems like they could do it due to high margins, etc. but they don't which is valid as well. I've heard of it being done in early past with MS I think but not anymore.

They wont do it. However you might be able to get a deal from your local SC manger.
