Switching from lease to buy

Hello - kind of an interesting one here. We are set to take delivery of our SR 7 seater on May 10th. We are locked in to a lease but I think we are going to switch to 3rd party financing instead.

Can I just show up with the bank check on the 10th or do I need to let my SA know? If I do need to let them know, could that end up recalibrating the deal somehow and adding $3000 to the price (we jumped in before the increase).

I tried to do the same but called Tesla Advisor and he changed it to a purchase for me online. No change in price had occurred and I kept my place in line. Not sure how it would work with the price increase but I'm guessing you would not be charged. I would not show up with a check without doing this first.
