I am not aware of any statements by Elon or Tesla that "confirmed" a police type vehicle will go into production (despite the LAPD showing a Model S with a police type paint job) or that a Tesla convertible will go into production (the only one I've seen was a third party custom modification that looked terrible, sort of a hack job).
