Not sure if this is the right place, but after I spent lots of effort trying to repair my 2014 S85 which is salvage, I purchased my own T-Diag which proved to be exceptionally useful.

If people need to hire etc, reach out.

I am currenly in process of rebuilding my early drive unit.

Seals died after 89k miles which is not bad for a gen1 large drive unit.

Now ive fitted ceramic hybrid bearings on the motor, replacing seals and changing gearbox bearings.

My inverter flooded with copper coated water via the coolant but luckily these things are conformal coated so well, they can survive if you dry them out properly and fix all the corrosion.

Parts can be obtained form alternative bearing and seal manufacturers - US and China (nothing same spec here in uk...)
