No, S wheel will not fit Y because the bolt patterns are completely different.

did not fit your X, is it because of the tires? I somehow think the wheels would fit.

In hindsight the wheels would have fit on the X. I just looked at the different tire size and figured they weren't compatible. Too late now as I've got my winter setup on the X on the OEM wheels.
