I see the same car advertised in cars.com by Texas Auto Direct and then multiple listings under some company called "VROOM". The VROOM listing has multiple cities with different phone numbers. I don't understand this.

Vroom is VC backed online used car retailer. I have never used them, but they may offer a better deal than a used car dealer. When my Model X was totaled, Geico pulled up a comp for total loss value of a car sold by Vroom and it was 5-6K less than other comps.
