Taillight Cracks

Noticed a non-impact related crack in one of my taillights on a VIN#29xxx recently. Mobile ranger came out to repair for free under warranty. While performing the repair, the tech noticed condensation in another taillight, caused by similar cracks but was not able to repair as it wasn't part of the original service request. Upon returning home, another crack was identified in a 3rd taillight. Fast forward a week and cracks are now appearing in my 4th light. I live in Texas, so temperatures have been a little up and down, but nothing extreme. Lights didn't show any cracks when I took delivery back in August. Perhaps a bad batch from the factory? Anyone else experience this? I saw folks in the M3 forum going through some similar experiences.

ohhhh yeah I recently had my service appointment with some other issues and car came back with cracks like these. it looks like factory defect???
