Talk to 3 different delivery specialists in the bay area...here is what they said

So I talked to 3 separate delivery specialist in the SF bay area. Each one disclosed different amounts of info...
1) They will be assigning VINs for SF bay area 3's on Dec 15. People at the top of the queue will get their cars starting on 12/18
2) They will expand their deliveries from Tue-Sat 9a-5p to much wider hours and days next week.


You can take this all with a grain of salt. Just summarizing what I heard

this correlates with what an SA told me early in the week - that by this weekend (14/15 dec) they'd have a lot more visibility into what was going to happen in the final weeks of the year.

Imagine their logistics will change almost day to day. Some will not be able to take delivery, while others will reject their cars.

Gonna be fluid with to goal of delivering as many cars to customers as possible.

For what it is worth, I just got the text to schedule delivery yesterday, 12/13. Scheduled for 12/16 delivery (had options for 16th, 17th, or 18th).
