Tallest tire to reduce pothole damage?

What is the tallest tire and smallest rim that will fit the model 3 AWD? I am going to buy a second set of rims with winter tires that I will put on when driving dirt roads. A taller sidewall gives me the best chance of avoiding tire damage. I don't care about looks, just winter functionality. Currently have the 18 inch standard wheels.

U can go up one size without hitting fender in turns. I got my winter tires from Tire Rack. Half price of local dealer.

According to certain members on this forum, worrying about 20" wheels getting bent is needless fear, uncertainty & doubt, since someone bent an 18" aero on a pothole one time.

Aside from the fender, you can see the upper control arm reaches over the top of the tire and will limit tire diameter as well as fender rubbing.
