Anything that helps me get the best results of the pick up. Like, can I get Tesla to fix anything before I leave?

Probably not. If there is a minor problem, you would have to set up a mobile service appointment.
If major, set up appointment to bring it in. Both can be done through the app.

My experience with Eatonville (Orlando) is they are swamped. I had a loose brake pedal on delivery and it took one week for an appointment (unusual - normally it is a two week wait) and a week plus for after for the part to arrive and follow up appointment.
