Tan vs. Black

I have black interior in my Lexus, looks great but very hard to keep clean, you can see every speck of dirt. Also having lived in AZ, keeping heat in the car down is a huge priority. I would recommend the Tan.

One note about tint. I have a friend that was in an accident where there were injuries. Since he had tinted side passenger and driver windows which is illegal in California, his fines were huge as he was found "negligent". I think it was in the tens of thousands. In California I would be hesitant to tint front side windows. The risks to bike riders and pedestrians are high and the courts will nail you.

I live in CA and have never heard of this.

There is no extra risk to bike riders and pedestrians.

The no tint is for the police ability to easily look inside.

I would like to see more documentation on your assertion.
