Tax rebate without SSN

Hello guys,

I live in CA and I am planning to order a new Model S, but I don't have an SSN so I believe that I'm not eligible for the tax rebate. However, I'm wondering if I sold my car in the next 3-5 years, is it possible for the first hand buyer to claim the tax rebate ?

No, it's the first titlee. (And, right, if you are not paying US income tax you can't claim US income tax credits. SSN isn't necessary, si ce you can get a TIN.)
