Does Tesla offer live chat tech support? I have tried calling the support phone line but there is always a wait of over an hour.

Sign in to your Tesla Account and check. There used to be a Live Chat tab pop up after a few minutes.

If you click on Support -> Contact Us -> fill out the form and it’ll give you a few FAQ suggestions and ask if you need more help. Click Yes then there’s a Chat option. Went through this process earlier today so hopefully I didn’t miss any steps.
