No, it was a verbal statement. Having it in writing would definitely be a good thing though.

My 2013 was built on 6 January, pack in 2012. 7 Nov my battery went bad, it was replaced with a RE manufactured pack. I'm back to 2012 charge and range specs. No one has a clue what new warranty is? Not even service manager. I have 167k miles. My motor went bad last summer, I got new motor and gearbox under warranty.

Just look at your warranty documents.

The warranty doesn't change. 8-years, unlimited miles, on your battery from the date your car was originally purchased.
