Telsa News streaming keeps repeating after a few minutes; does not play all the way through

My Tesla premium connectivity new streaming keeps restarting after only few minutes of the programing. This happens on most of my news streaming channels. Does anyone know how to fix the problem. It's seem to me that if you are paying a monthly fee for premium connectivity it should work properly!

I concluded that some streams, such as NBC news, only provide only a few minutes. Could be wrong.
