When I had my test drive, I went there to just take a look at the place. I walked in and they were not even really open. They still accommodated me and I asked about a test drive and they said I could do one right then. It was not planned snd they said they were open under a “soft opening” at that time. Lol

I got to pick up the beauty in my avatar on Tuesday in Nashville. It was a Smooth process and no major issues. Got lucky ordered on 7/30, got my VIN on 9/2 and picked up on the 14th.

Picked up my MYP today. Experience was amazing and quick. The vehicle is amazing. Only one small scratch on one of the rims, otherwise the gaps and everything else are perfect. It’s such an amazing vehicle.

I did the same the day prior to my delivery, it’s ok, I think we all do it. Lol

Last I heard, the Memphis center is running behind and won't be doing deliveries until later this calendar year.

Apologies for the completely off topic post but I figure many here are looking to kill time for their Tesla delivery maybe this could be a good topic.

Lived in the northeast my whole life. Mostly MA, moved to Capital region NY 15 years ago and in my opinion this place is getting crazy. Probably not prudent to get into why I think that.. Talked to the wife about where she’d be willing to move and Tennessee was where she’d go. No idea how to go about considering such a life altering decision for myself and my kids, so trying to get info from folks who actually live there. If any of you would be willing to chat about where you live please PM me, especially if you can compare/contrast TN to NY, not looking to derail the whole thread, no problem if nobody wants to. Thanks!!

Fellow northerner here. Grew up in central Massachusetts moved to the Knoxville area in the summer of 2016. You’re going to absolutely love Tennessee. There are pretty much only two things that I miss from the north, New England sports and being close to the ocean. Other than that the north will be a distant memory.

Thanks man! Got the tint done and soooooooo many accessories and washing stuff coming this week. Question for ya; trip back to east TN from Nashville already taught me I need PPF on the front. Are you getting it done and did you go with Knox Detail?

Yes, get the ppf. I went with Knox detail. $1850 full front end. They did a great job. Tell him Derek referred you.

I went to Chino’s tint on Nolesville pike. Quick and easy! It’s not ceramic tint but installed perfectly and only $60 for pass and driver windows at 20%. Did my PPF in Knoxville
