Terrible service from the NorCal Concern team

Hi All,

Just wonder if anyone from the Bay Area experienced anything similar....

I purchased my car on the website right before the the price increase in mid-March , and the car was delivered on 4/20 (got some financing issues that I asked the delivery team to postpone the delivery). I contacted NorCal Concern via email as instructed by the delivery specialist. Got an auto-response telling me their response time could be up to 7 business days, but someone got back to me 2 days after that email asking me to provide pictures and details of all the concerns. After getting all pictures and description done, I sent everything back on 4/29. Then on May 2, I was told to:

Please self-schedule your appointment via the Tesla Mobile App or your MyTesla account and your local service team will advise upon the best course of action.

When scheduling your appointment, please be descriptive in the comment box on what the service team can help you with.

So I scheduled a service on 5/7 at the SF location, and at my visit, the service rep told me that NorCal concern did not create any due bills for the issues I raised, and right at the center I sent another email to NorCal concern cc'd the SF service rep. No response for 8 days until today 5/15, I was told the following:

In regards to your concerns, we are unable to enter a free work order due to your vehicle having a price adjustment. The price adjustment on your Tesla is $1500.00 and all Tesla vehicles with a price adjustment are sold "as is".

If you would like to have your concerns rectified, please reach out to your local service center and they would be happy to give you a quote.

Seriously? I surely did not receive any price adjustment as it wasn't even an inventory car! I'm reaching out to them now with the MVPA attached showing there's no such a price adjustment mentioned by them.

Anyone got similar issue with them previously? I'm so frustrated now as I was trying to do a PPF on the car, and I just couldn't do it for almost a month now due to the NorCal concern team's problem! This is a total waste of time!
