Tesla 19" Slipstream Winter Tires?

I am finalizing a purchase of a new LR+ S with Tempest 19" wheels, because I don't want 21" wheels due to range decrease and other issues. The Tesla website offers the 19" Slipstream wheels with Winter tires. Where I live in California, I have zero need for Winter tires. Should I expect any performance issues, road noise, etc. if I opt to use the Pirelli Sottozero 3 Winter Tires in California?

Could check classified and eBay for set of 19" slipstream wheels or go with after market. I have been looking at some new 20" wheels and would get the same tires that came on my MSP on my 19" Slipstream wheels. The ride is great those Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires.

PS - There are folks who want to buy Tempest wheels. Me not so much I personally do not like the looks. Seen MS in the Sam's club parking lot and parked near it. The cars did not even look like the same model with those wheels on it.
