Tesla Airstream can't go on tour in Kentucky

Anyone have any inside information about why the Model X Airstream combination cannot go on tour in Kentucky?

Federal law says they cannot stop if you pass your home sate law.
Interstate commerce law.

Someone or Some entity in Kentucky would not allow the Tesla Airstream Mobile Design Studio to tour in Kentucky.
I was just looking for some details, such as Why?
This forum has a lot of smart and connected people. Maybe someone knows some inside info.

Kentucky doesn't require a front license plate. I took my bracket off two days after delivery.

You probably got some misinformation unless it had something to do with Tesla not being able to sell in Kentucky except online orders. Heck, this is Kentucky! People pull and haul all kinds of crazy stuff in this state. An Airstream being pulled by a Tesla would be no big deal here.

Hmmmm, how bout this? They allow that in Kentucky?
