Tesla and App Acting Wonky

MS LR2020. Sorry for the header but no other way to describe it. I get in the car and I have zero connectivity, WiFi or otherwise. Look to the screen and no map. Then I notice that it has deleted all profiles. I tried to go to my app to start the car and the app won’t connect.

Any thoughts? Release note doesn’t show any numbers for updates.

I presume you tried rebooting the car already?

Did a series of reboots with a rep on the phone and it’s good. Did lose all of my data
