Tesla and Lemon Laws

After seeing problems many people have with getting their Teslas repaired if you have a problem with it seems that most states lemon laws would apply for you to get a full refund if you so desire. NC says that if your car is not repaired for 20 business days within a 12 month period the lemon law applies. It doesn't have to be undrivable just not repaired. That could mean a defect in the paint. Have many actually used the lemon law in their state?

Won't stop me from buying one but just wondering.

If you are considering buying any Tesla, make sure you opt out of the binding arbitration clause within 30 days.
