Tesla API docs - are they current?

It seems to me that the Tesla API docs on Apiary are starting to get out of date as there are posts in this thread talking about stuff that doesn't work And there may be new commands not in the API, especially stuff related to Summon and Homelink. Does anyone know if you can tell when they were last updated?

And does anyone have a list of what is new or has changed?

The API thread has reports from various people as new fields show up, but for the most part its just new info fields you can discover just by dumping state etc. Very little in the way of new commands.
