I just took delivery of a new Model S and am having a connectivity problem with app. I live in a multi family building with the garage below ground. When In the garage the car utilizes the building WiFi. While charging the car the app has connectivity and monitors charging progress and enables access to other functions. However as soon as charging is completed the app loses connectivity and indicates ”waking up” before displaying “connectivity error” message. Would appreciate any thoughts to resolve.
 
The car doesn't stay connected to WiFi all the time, and when it's no longer connected, it needs cellular coverage in order to be reached by the mobile app. If there's poor cellular coverage in the garage, you won't be able to do anything about it.
