Tesla App connection down (California)

Just noticed this morning that I can’t connect to the Tesla PW+ this morning. Anyone else having this issue? Wonder if is my system or Tesla server is down.

Same here in AZ. Can connect locally but app not connecting…

Getting the same thing here. Tried rebooting our modem and router, then re-paired the gateway and Powerwalls, but no dice. Glad to see it's not just me!

I'm in SoCal and mine is still down. If I force close the app and reopen it seems to work for about 5 seconds before going back to "connecting" mode.

Same. It shows me info from around 9am before erroring back to the connecting page.

My app is still stuck on "Connecting..." just like the screen shot above in Post #5. The local connection to the Gateway says the Ethernet and Cellular are connected. So, it must be a Tesla server side issue.

i feel this is sort of therapy for me knowing im not only one who obsessively checks app throughout day

I went into my PWs directly via both wifi and ethernet and they are connected. Also did the Internet test and it passed.

So this is probably a Tesla server issue.

EDIT: And back up 35 minutes later.

Going in and out. Looks like generation data (daily energy amount) has updated but Powerwalls were at 26% this morning when it went out so not fully working. Current solar production and house usage are also from when it went out this morning and not current (should be above 7 kW at this time).
