Tesla app doesn't connect to new car

    Hey guys just got my car. Any idea how I can make it connect to the app? They said it could take 24 hours which it has been but no dice. It intermittently tells me there is no car associated with my login and then sometimes it logs in and the dial keeps spinning as it's thinking but no data comes in. Any ideas?

    I got my car last week and had the same problem. I deleted the app, reinstalled and it worked.

    Tried that. No dice. They say it's going to take longer on the server side.

    Man, Nishy1, you are not having a good experience.

    bummer. :confused:

    I hate to think how things are going to be when things really speed up with all the MX deliveries and increased amount of MS sales from the referrals at the end of next week.

    Remote access enabled in car?

    Power saver set to allow connection when sleeping?

    Can you access your account from the Tesla website?

    Mine never connects if sleeping so I just leave it always on....

    You can always wake it up if it went to sleep after midnight. SC said to me that leaving the always connected puts a drain on the 12V battery, and could shorten its life.
