Tesla app down?

Is tesla app down? It’s saying “unknown error”.

Same here, I am not sure what app version I have but I'm having issue (may still be on v 3.10.1). When I began getting issues I signed out of the app, changed my password to generate a new API token (for TeslaFi) and not can't sign in to the app (receiving the "no products in your account" error).

i know this happened before and a lot of people signed out and could not log in again. Maybe they’re doing an update. I check my app store and I’m not due for an update.

Dang, that's what I get for doing some troubleshooting. I will try and be patient to wait this out.

There is a thread on Reddit now so seems like this is growing.

EDIT: Working as of 12:40PM MT now, able to sign in to the app.

Anyone else have Navigation Errors during the last hour when selecting a destination (that was searched for, not from Favorites)?

According to my TeslaFI logs, it looks like their system was having issues starting around 10am PST to 11:35am PST. Seems to be working normally now (on the API side).

Maybe something to do with the reported lost of power at the Fremont location, who knows
