Most developers use Google's staged rollout feature to manage delivery of updates. Primarily this is because of the huge range of hardware/software combos on Android compared to IOS. More info here as to why and how.
If the update is not showing for you this is probably why and you will get it soon enough. You can always sideload it if you want the update quicker , just get the .apk from a trusted source like APKMirror.
I received it the other day, not too much more functionality but slicker looking for sure and the integrated link to the store is nice.

The new android update left out the super charger location. Which is important for people to know the nearest super charger and how manga available,

Bit harder to find, it's been included in location function in the app
Zoom out to see supercharger locations and tap on it to see availability and send to car
4.1.1 installed
Adjust Charge Current, Scheduled Departure or Scheduled Charging for your car's current location (*)
Enable Bioweapon Defense Mode on supported cars (*)
Access your car's Owner's Manual and updated video guides under the Service tab
View Solar troubleshooting steps and videos under the Energy Service tab

same here... app store not showing update for android App.
probably batch rollout, or beta program members already received it and everyone else yet to receive it.

It could be as simple as Tesla stopped rolling out the latest update due to some broken features reported within App review... as it's showing current official version as 4.1.1-667 on Google Play app store.
